On Nov. 25, 1863, Union forces advanced upon and repulsed Braxton Bragg's Army of Tennessee, effectively uprooting the Southern soldiers from atop the lofty perch on Missionary Ridge, during the culmination of the Third Battle of Chattanooga. In so doing, Union Army Maj. Gen. Ulysses S. Grant eliminated one of the last Confederate strongholds in Tennessee and opened the door to the Atlanta Campaign of 1864.

Nearly 144 years later, Missionary Ridge is a largely residential area in the middle of Chattanooga, featuring historic plaques and monuments, and at its apex, a National Park dedicated to the battle. The highest point also provides breathtaking vistas of the entire city (and beyond). It is here, atop one of the most inspiring massifs in the region that area developer and preservationist, Greg Vital, has chosen to build one of Chattanooga's most unique residential opportunities.
JLB WORKS is pleased to announce that it has been hired by Vital's company, Bragg Point Properties, to aid in its marketing campaign and tell the world about one of the most exceptional opportunities in Chattanooga…
