The Setup:
In the fall of 2009, Franklin Synergy Bank was looking to get noticed, online. In a sea of community banks, FSB just wasn’t standing out. Even more, the bank’s newly establish corporate identity lacked a certain amount of punch, and bank officials were looking to upgrade the marketing messages. That fall, Franklin Synergy Bank hired JLB to help its website gain traffic. Because our efforts were so successful, FSB hired JLB again in the spring of 2010, to take its online marketing to the next level.
And in the fall of 2011, FSB asked JLB to design a new website for the now-burgeoning bank. In January 2012, the new site launched to the delight of local customers.
JLB’s Solution:
The nitty gritty… that’s what it comes down to. If football is a game of inches, SEO (search engine optimization) is a game of words. The right words, when placed together and when tagged correctly, can make all the difference in gathering visitors, engendering links, building traffic and increasing business. Initially, our job was to dig into their site’s code, analyze its traffic and develop a series of strategies to improve their search engine rankings. We did that, successfully for FSB, which sold “a lot of product” thanks to our strategic work.
Once we’d proven our worth in the SEO game, JLB helped FSB develop its entire marketing campaign for the launch of its flagship downtown Franklin branch. And from there, FSB asked JLB to help create and develop its 2012 website. From graphic design to web development to copywriting to community relations, JLB has helped Franklin Synergy bank throughout 2009-2012.
Deliverables:
- identity development & branding
- graphic design & marketing collateral
- copywriting
- search engine optimization
- social networking strategy
- e-mail marketing
Comments:
“JLB is through, competent and professional. And they are patient, understanding and have really taken the time to get to know our organization and the services we offer. Their experience and expertise continue to be invaluable to us, as we share more responsibility with them. Most importantly, perhaps? Team JLB is a pleasure to work with.”
