Live and in-effect, the Williamson County Parks & Rec’s new website.

County officials approached JLB about a website redesign in late 2008. Over the past several months, our team has collaborated closely with the Parks & Rec admins to re-cast the county’s site — with an improved Information Architecture, attractive Graphic Design and robust Content Management System.

wiliamson county parks and recThe result? A dynamic website engineered on Web 2.0 principles, aimed taking WCPR to a new level of service for citizens across Williamson County.

If you’re a regular visitor to one of the WCPR’s 29 facilities, then you’ll appreciate the new website’s navigation and ease-of-use. And, with a custom-tailored Google Search Engine, you’ll be able to locate any information sitewide that you can’t find otherwise.

This site has been created with management in mind. WCPR has five web admins who, despite their lack of HTML knowledge, will be able to keep the site updated and current. With more than 125,000 county citizens, an updated community website is critical!
