New hires, well wishes

There's been a little movin' and shakin' at JLB HQ.

Longtime employee and Vice President, Brooke Schroeder, recently announcend that she would not be coming back to Team JLB at the conclusion of her maternity leave. Over the past several years, Brooke has brought tremendous work ethic, leadership and business acumen to the company.

We will miss her dearly, but we hope this next stage is very fulfiling and meaningful. We wish the very best for Brooke as she embarks on a new season in her life!

--------------

Over the course of the past several weeks, two new faces have appeared in our halls ... Candace Hutchins and Lauren Carlton.

You may remember Candace and Lauren from earlier announcements about our summer interns. Well, ladies and gentlemen, both have earned their keep and impressed all of us over here at JLB. We are both excited and extremely pleased to announce that C & L will be staying on. Both have accepted positions within the company.

Candace officially becomes a Content Developer - meaning she's going to be working on an array of tasks, from copywriting to web content development to running the parenting section for FranklinIs.com, and to our new (secret) project, FICOM.

Lauren officially joins us as a Graphic Designer - meaning she's going to be designing everything from print layouts (like magazines, brochures, newsletters) to identity development (logo, letterhead, business cards), to websites (splash pages, graphic layouts).

Both are talented, imaginative and hard-working professionals. JLB is honored by their decisions to join the team.
